Where do we deliver to? delivers worldwide.

Please note that all orders are shipped from the US and international customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or related fees and for providing any information required by customs to clear goods. We are unable to refund any duties, taxes or shipping charges.

We cannot not ship to P.O. Boxes.

How much does it cost and how long will it take to deliver my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Country Cost and Order Arrival Time

  • US orders. Please allow 3-5 business days. Standard shipping charges will be reflected at checkout. Expedited services are available.
  • International orders. Please allow 7-14 business days. $15 flat rate shipping charges apply to all orders of 8pcs or less.  8pcs or more will incur standard, international shipping charges. Expedited services are available.
  • ACIA cannot be held liable for any delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance or duties. 

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and with all of the original tags attached. Sale items must be returned within 14 days to receive a full refund.

Returns procedure

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. All returned goods are subject to review by ACIA and if items are not in their original condition customers are no longer entitled to receive a refund.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order upon receiving it, please contact our team by emailing Our team will provide you with a cancellation number and full instructions. Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

Please have the following information ready to process your return:

  • Your order number
  • The product you are returning
  • The reason why you wish to return the goods
  • Whether you want a refund or an exchange
  • If you require an exchange please have the details of the item you would like as a replacement

ACIA requires you to return any goods to us unused and in their original packaging with the original labels still attached. If not we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange the goods.

Where should I send my returns?

All returns must be sent to G-Mac Apparel Customer Service - ACIA LLC, 12608 NW 115th Ave, Medley, Florida 33178 and must have the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you have up to 30 days to exchange an item (or 14 days if it is a sale item). Please follow the returns process.

How long will it take to process my refund or exchange?

Do I have to pay for postage if I am returning or exchanging an item?

Yes, you are responsible to pay the return postage on any items that you return for a refund or exchange. However, we are happy to send a different style, size, or color for free if you are exchanging an item. You will be required to pay the postage on any subsequent exchanges of that item.

What if I am exchanging an item for another style that is a different price?

We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or will require that you pay any additional money owed on a more expensive item.

What happens if my order comes in two deliveries? Will I be charged for postage twice?

No, you only pay one shipping fee per order.

What happens if my order is faulty, incorrect or incomplete?
